Well here's an old standard and it's snowing so let's make use of the time.

Cripes. 2 key changes and a syncopated rhythm.

Starts in Eb..great... moves to E Argh!

It's taken me the best part of four days and there's still some bum notes in it. Different ones each time. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!

Nice singing quality with lots of feeling and mostly excellent tone. The tempo is fast enough for you to not hang around on any note, but still drop into the abyss of your (Alzheimer’s) vibrato. Man, if you could lose even just half of it you'd be a killer. If Bechet is your inspiration listen again. He had a very fast vibrato, but didn't come close to stopping the sound as though it was being turned on and off extremely fast. Keep the tone going no matter what.
 
I think you're mixing up Parkinson's with Alzheimers.

OK let's get this straight, you said you have Parkinson’s, I guess then I've got the Alzheimer’s. Isn't growing old lovely?
