- As many red bliss potatoes as you care to make
- light olive oil
- nice blend of your favorite fresh cracked red, black, green and other pepper
- a little hot sauce <optional>
- hot bbq
This is better than it sounds...
Clean your red potatoes
Poke holes in them and microwave till soft
cut them in half
coat in bowl with olive oil
sprinkler ample amounts of all spices on all sides
PLace on very hot grill until spices darken and potatoe fries slightly from the oil.
Remove and serve
Cut down fresh corn and sautee....addd some salsa right at the end to the above potatoes which have been chopped up after blackening.
