Playing Black Velvet

Hullo,
I'm going to practise with a new group of peeps on Tuesday evening and one of the things that they want some Sax on is Blue Velvet (Alannah Myles sp?). I've listened on You tube and have also been given the first three notes of the Melody so that I can have a guess at the key and I agree that a Sax would sound ok in this piece but, I cannot for the life of me work out a suitable set of Riffs and enough of a gap in the vocals to shove something into.
Does anyone know this song? At the moment I think I'm going to be repeating the opening and possibly end few bars at the beginning and end which seems a little lame.
Any ideas clever peeps?
Aly

Thanks Geoff,
I have seen that clip on You tube and I bought a transposed lead sheet from Greatscores but I wasn't that struck by the clip so I'll probably just chop up the odd "Missisippi in the middle of a Heatwave" and intersperse it with the "A new religion that will bring you to your knees, Black Velvet if you please " lines .
Thank you for looking for me
Aly
