Beginner Be-bop Jazz group available for a gig Friday 3 Sep 10 in Newcastle?

Hi

I know very little about all the different JAZZ genre but I think it's be-bop (John Coltrane and the like)! It's my son's 21st Birthday party 3 Sep (venue central Newcastle upon Tyne) he'd love some Jazz on the evening but we're having difficulty finding a band - anyone able to help?

Heather theres a member on here called Daveysaxboy hes ooop north newcastle way I believe and has a trio/quartet if you do a search for him on the forum he usually has a link to his web sites at the bottom of his posts.
