Lovely Professional BAM Softpack semi-hard shell case for Alto for sale, a lot nicer than the usual canvas covered type and squishier than the totally rigid Hiscox type , Zipped , very tough interior made to protect the horn rather than look like the dash of a 1970s Mk3 Cortina and has a proper slot for the neck as well as a compartment under the horn for the Mpc and Sling (Bell-Bag not required), the top of the case is shiny the bottom is non-slip rubbery and it comes with a very high quality safety lock strap too , it fits the YAS62 perfectly and even takes the Mighty Stephanhouser with ease .

this is in excellent condition with minimal scuffs and is the nice gunmetal version .. these are £160 new , asking £95 including PayPal - Courier extra depending on where you are .. 5% to the Forum

Pics on Dropbox along with the Link Tenor Mpc (see other Yardsale item for that)

Nice looking case, you could put pics in the media section of the forum if you wish 🙂

Thanks Jeanette but I`d not want to waste the site's resources on a sale item (which I hope will sell fast at this price) , anyway the pics on Dropbox are 2000 pixels across 🙂

It`s a lovely case which instils confidence, I`m sure a horn in this would withstand very rough handling , that it`s not totally hard means that impact shock to the sides is absorbed by the shell (which bounces out) instead of jarring the horn as a hard case like a hiscox would . I personally think these things are very well priced new at £160 let alone used at £95 and you don`t see many come up ......

I don`t gig Alto much so it`s wasted on me

The Yamahalike case I have is enough for me ..

I need to sell the case to pay towards a £110 repair to my main LAW LCM Alto mouthpiece (which is a total Killer of a piece) , I dropped it a few weeks ago in the sink and it`s not played right on quiet passages since , I`ve bent the beak very slightly, Morgan Fry is sorting it out and going to perfect the Table while he`s at it so it`ll be even better than it was when it left Lawrie Waldrons workshop ..... Unnecessaries have to go .

This case is still for sale -- it`d be perfect for either of the state of the Professional Altos for sale on the Yardsale - Amanda's Yam YAS-62 or David's Yani A901 ....

Special Deal -- If I buyer in England or Wales wants it to go with either of these two horns on the Yard sale I`ll throw in the Carriage for Free

This lovely case is still for sale - C'mon folks, it`s a great price and I`ll throw the courier carriage in for free if in England or Wales (or lower Scotland)

Just hypothetical, Ads, but how much do you think an empty alto case would cost to Spain? And how much was it? I could not hear properly, as I was not listening.

My new year resolution is not to spend any more money on music. Than is absolutely necessary of course. Owing to acquiring a Goldbeck 1930 mpc for 90 dollars which has made my 1920 Martin alto sound like a sweet birdie, I am in alto mode just now.

But, just asking, passing the time, you know? I think completion is unlikely owing to cost.
