This is a horn that was given to the previous owner as a present from his mother but he never used it ( I personally took the corks off, it still had corks to block the keys when I’ve bought it!).

It is new and never used, it comes with original case, strap and a Selmer S80 C* mouthpiece instead of the Yanagisawa one. Larger pictures are available.

I am asking 1600€ + 100 for shipping, insured and paypal fees , I will make a 80€ donation to the charity.

It is not the cheapest of A 901 horns out there but when are you going to find a horn that is as good as this and doesn’t cost , at least 2500€?

this horn has now a new home in Greece, donation has been made to the charity ( I actually donated a bit more that I said I would 🙂 Pete will be happier! 🙂

I would like to thank also in public, Pete for the framework, and Milandro, for his excellence in securing a wonderfully great purchase for me, in multiple levels.

And that is...foremost...a Great Horn...in perfect condition, which blew so divine, that blew my mind completely...i never thought i would experience a complete standstill after playing the first two octaves on this sax...i cannot describe, maybe later on, i feel overwhelmed now.

But i must declare, that delivery was swift, sooner than i expected, and with no problems that i definitely would expect, as a greek citizen, we are used to get stuff from abroad so slow, like turtles would deliver faster you know, but not in this case.
Dutch post rocks, and gladly the company that brought it to my office, Monday morning suprised me as well.

Thank you for a great horn, wonderfully setup, excellent condition, and safe and professional package and delivery.
But most of all, i came to believe reading a lot, that there is not so much of a difference between saxes at close the price range, or close to the popular way of addressing a "level" entry or intermediate entry level saxes, like it's all about the player, embouchure, setup etc...let me tell you one thing...

It's all myth...after the player and the setup...it's the Horn!!! as well, and no two horns are the same or similar.
The Yanagisawa i got...is divine! GAS is not a syndrome, is a quest for excellence, there are better saxophones out there really.
Like me, i risked with one, tried a second, i didn't yield, accepting defeat, and went for the third, and revelation! There is always a better sax that can make a HUGE difference...so therefore, don't hesitate to find the horn that will sing with you, don't rest and accept mediocrities, go for the best you can find and buy🙂

Thank you Andre!

Oh, please no Milandro. I really want a tenor and I'm looking for one. I've seen yours and it's gorgeous, but I can't afford it I'm afraid. 🙁
