Any techy people out there....i pod nano

Hi just wondering if anyone can help sort out my i pod.It has been working fine,buy when i added a cd to my i tunes library,then went to sync it to my i pod it will not do it,keeps coming up error code 13019,i have been and found some other users have had this problem as well.Have tried to unsync then tried to sync but still no good,error code keeps returning,i tunes is up to date with latest version.:confused::confused::confused:.Thanks Bumnote.

Have you tried to restore back to factory default settings,my son had problem with his and this sorted it out.

Yes it will do that,but usually sorts out error problems,its the first thing Apple would tell you to do if you contact them.
Is the iPod one of the first nano's because if it was there was a problem with them and Apple are replacing them free of charge.
Check Apple's website for details.
