Hi Folks!

Time to move on - I have several mouthpieces in excellent condition, which I no longer use.

Alto:

1..Peter Ponzol Vintage Ebonite 0.070" facing. Handmade in spotless condition, and comes with Rovner Light ligature and cap. Excellent review on www.sax.co.uk website. Too small for me personally - I play the 0.085" version, which is awesome. £65.00, including £5 donation. (£111 new)
2. Vandoren V16 Ebonite A7M. Good condition, just slight green discoloration due to single wash in hot water. £30.00, with £3 donation. (£120 new)
3. Vandoren V16 A9M. Very good condition, slight discoloration as above. £35, including £4 donation. (£120 new)

Tenor:

4. Vandoren Java T55 -spotless condition, and excellent sound for rock, blues and contemporary - just a little too small for me. £65, with £5 donation. (£130 new)

All mouthpieces are free P&P, and have no VAT! They are available at Sale or Return in case you want to try first.

Kind regards
Tom:cool:

Hi Tom,

Has the Peter Ponzol Vintage Ebonite in you're opinion got a warm rounded tone, sort of classic Mayer-ish tone? I might be tempted, but I should resist... I'm looking to go smaller but wonder if your Ponzol is too small.

Best wishes,

Chris

Hi Chris!

I could send you the mouthpiece and you could make your own judgement, no problem. You can post it back if you are not keen on it, or keep it if you like it. It is based on an original Meyer template - there is a review of the Ponzol Vintage Alto mouthpieces at www.sax.co.uk which would act as a guide.

Let me know what you think.
Kind regards
Tom
