Taj Mahal is another musician that is moving around in differnt styles. I listen to his music a lot.

Ain't That A Lot Of Love is a powerful song and comes out well with a tight and loud 3-horn section. We are working on it. It's in concert key of E. But it's the singer that decides!?!?!

I can trace " Gimme Me Some Lovin' " in "Aiin't That A lot Of Love" ?

We love Taj Mahal and saw him in 1999 at Bishopstock in Exeter along with Buddy Guy, Magic Slim among others.

The you tube link above is directing me to Midnight Hour Blues from the other thread.

Thanks. Yes it was great. Bishopstock festivals ran for about 5 years in a lovely estate near Exeter until the foot and mouth crisis made it impossible. It was organised by Blues in Britain and attracted great blues artists. Shame it was unviable for them to continue.
