Implying that SX90Rs are not nice. Having been a players of the R version for along time I'd just like to say that's cobblers.
My apologies Nick, I should have been more specific and put "the one without the possibly dodgy tone holes".

Or are you saying Steve Howard talks cobblers?:

I'm implying there is a documented problem with some R's. You have a good one. An R wouldn't be a good bet for an unseen eBay foreign import, wouldn't you agree?

No, actually.

I suggest you try a few.

From what Steve writes, sounds like I'd need to! :confused2:

Hey, but let's not delve into that one again, let's be calm and happy with our choices, rejoicing and revelling that someone here might benefit from a bargain buy which I simply noticed and offer up here to others who seek the path of saxophonic betterment...

:hugging:

oh god, I love google translate's ineptitude -

"Hardly-used alto saxophone SX 90 from the house of Julius waiter.
The flaps should be due to the time all times upholstered new. But can still play easily.
Original price at that time was DM 4737
So not a cheap Saxophones
And it is waiting to be finally played again, just too good to rot in the basement.
If interested, it can feel free to be looked at."

it's actually easier reading the ad in the original german
