To subscribe, just click on "Paid Subscriptions" in your user control panel (User CP)

You can find this under Settings at the very top right of the page.

Once you are subscribed you should have access to the page with all the downloads (under the Cafe Home & Saxophone Stuff tab of the main navigation):
